Shaking is a very simple but powerful practice to come back to your body.

This can be done before starting an active day, after coming back from work, as part of your workshops and trainings, as a preparation to meditate or to make love.

This is a method to shake off your stress and reconnect with your animal part in you. It is an efficient means to come back to the body.

While entering into shaking please continue with breathing out using “ahh…” sound to relax your muscles and nervous system.
